Vitamins C and E May Lower the Risk of Parkinson’s

A long-term study conducted by researchers in Sweden have found that a diet rich in natural antioxidants, such as vitamins C and E, may lower a person’s risk of developing Parkinson’s disease.

Commonly found in fruits, such as oranges, vitamin C is an essential nutrient that is necessary for the healthy function of the human body. A regular intake of vitamin C is important since it is water soluble and only stored in the body in small amounts.
